How do I determine the correct size for my dog?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. We recommend measuring your dog's girth and neck circumference to ensure a perfect fit for our harnesses and apparel.
What is your return policy for worn items?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
How long does shipping typically take?
Domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available at checkout.
Are EzyDog products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our gear comes with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by chewing or normal wear and tear.
Can I wash my dog's new harness or leash?
Most of our products can be hand-washed using mild detergent and air-dried. We do not recommend machine washing or tumble drying as it may damage the hardware.
